2. İLEDAK (Communication Education Evaluation and Accreditation Board)
Istanbul Gedik University Vocational School Graphic Design Program has been entitled to be accredited by ILEDAK, which aims to increase quality and raise standards in communication education.
3. TURAK (Tourism Education Evaluation and Accreditation Board)
Our Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Istanbul Gedik University has been accredited by TURAK (Tourism Education Evaluation and Accreditation Board) has been granted full accreditation for a period of six (6) years, valid from December 31, 2024, to December 31, 2030, based on its compliance with the standards, quality criteria, and performance measures established by the TURAK.
4. İLEDAK (Communication Education Evaluation and Accreditation Board)
Istanbul Gedik University Faculty of Architecture and Design Visual Communication and Design Undergraduate Program was accredited for two (2) years between 12.03.2025 - 12.03.2027 and was entitled to receive ILAD Accreditation Certificate.
5. STAR (Social Humanities and Basic Sciences Accreditation and Rating Association)
Our Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences; “International Trade and Finance (English)” department has been awarded STAR Accreditation for 5 years.
6. FEDEK (Association for the Evaluation and Accreditation of Teaching Programs in Science, Literature, Science and Literature, Language, History, and Geography Faculties)
The Department of Psychology at our Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences has been accredited for two years under the FEDEK Accreditation program, valid from April 18, 2025, to September 30, 2027.
7. Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Accreditation
Istanbul Gedik University Underwater Technology Program is accredited by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. In this way, our students are entitled to receive a “First Class Diver” certificate directly after graduation.
8. EAQUALS (Evaluation and Accreditation of Quality Language Services)
Istanbul Gedik University School of Foreign Languages Preparatory Program has been accredited for 4 years from June 2025 to June 2029 by EAQUALS (Evaluation and Accreditation of Quality Language Services), which sets international quality standards in language education and is recognized by YÖKAK.
9. AHPGS (Accreditation Agency in Health and Social Sciences)
Faculty of Health Sciences & Faculty of Sports Sciences & Faculty of Law
- The departments of our Faculty of Health Sciences: “Nutrition and Dietetics,” “Child Development,” “Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation,” and “Nursing,”
- The departments of our Faculty of Sports Sciences: “Coaching Education,” “Physical Education and Sports Teaching,” and “Sports Management,”
- Our Law School, along with a total of 8 educational programs, has been accredited for five (5) years, valid from July 22, 2025, to September 30, 2030.
10. FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation)
As a result of evaluations conducted by FIBAA, the departments of Management Information Systems, International Trade and Finance, International Trade and Logistics, Political Science and International Relations at the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences have earned accreditation for the period November 2025-November 2030.
